Yes. Create one counter for wash-dry (W- prefix) and one for ironing (I- prefix) with separate queues.

Staff can generate a paper ticket from the dashboard. The number still shows on your display when called.
Does it work if we have multiple staff at the counter?+
Each counter can be operated independently by different staff. Queue updates are synced in real time.
Can customers see how long the wait will be?+
